is an entrepreneur, founder, and executive advisor who has spent the past three decades building brands and businesses at the intersection of culture and commerce.

Since founding STAPLE in 1997, Jeff has spent three decades building one of the world’s most enduring independent streetwear brands, while launching retail concepts, creative agencies, and intellectual property that have helped shape modern consumer culture. For three consecutive decades, STAPLE has released a collection without missing a single season—a reflection of the operational discipline and consistency behind one of the industry’s longest-running independent brands. Throughout his career, Jeff has navigated the realities of entrepreneurship—from launching startups and scaling global partnerships to building teams, expanding internationally, and continually reinventing businesses in rapidly changing markets.

Jeff advises founders, CEOs, and leadership teams on growth, innovation, and the intersection of brand and business strategy. He has worked with startups, founder-led companies, and Fortune 100 organizations, helping them strengthen their market position, unlock new opportunities, and build enduring businesses.Over the course of his career, Jeff has collaborated with organizations including Nike, Google, LVMH, adidas, New Balance, Timberland, TUMI, Bose, Cole Haan, Pirelli, DeWalt, Coinbase, eBay, and many others.While Jeff is widely recognized for creating the iconic 2005 Nike SB “Pigeon” Dunk—one of the most influential sneakers of all time—his career has been defined by building enduring companies, brands, and cultural movements.

Beyond his operating roles, Jeff is a frequent keynote speaker, moderator, educator, and media host. He is the author of "Not Just Sneakers", published by Rizzoli, and regularly speaks on entrepreneurship, leadership, branding, innovation, and the evolving relationship between culture and business.Jeff brings a founder’s perspective to the boardroom, combining more than three decades of experience building consumer brands and translating cultural relevance into long-term business value. Today, Jeff advises a select group of founders, CEOs, and companies across consumer products, technology, food and beverage, advanced manufacturing, and entertainment.
